What to do if the mail with the account password is not received?

The welcome message containing the initial password for the account is sent immediately and should be delivered within seconds of registration.


Otherwise we recommend:

  • It is possible that the welcome email has been considered as SPAM and therefore the SPAM or commercial mail inbox should be checked.
  • It is also possible that there was an error in the email. Therefore, it is recommended to try again the Registration. The registration form will show an error if the email has already been registered or will send a new welcome email.
  •  If the registration form shows an email error "email already associated with an account" we recommend Resetting the password.


Finally, if it has not been possible to access the account, we recommend contacting Support or receiving assistance via Web chat during business hours.
