In order to send messages with a personalized text it is necessary to import the contacts or numbers with all the necessary fields and information (How to customize sendings or campaigns with variables?).
In the Send to groups section, it is possible to include variables in the text of the message such as the name (%NAME%), group (%GROUP%), number (%MSISDN%) or any other contact data (%FIELD1%,%FIELD2%, ...). In this way, it is possible to create messages such as:
Hello %NAME%, your access code is %FIELD1% for the account %FIELD2%
