Why are the credits from my first purchase not added to the balance of my account?

The first purchase or transaction of an account must be manually validated by our staff. This validation is a necessary and mandatory step to prevent fraud and verify the billing and contact details provided.


As described in Account statement, validating the first purchase is the last step to validate the account. The validation process will occur during the 24 hours after the first purchase.


If necessary, it will be requested documentation or additional data to validate the identity of the person or company that carried out the transaction or to verify the billing data provided.


Once the first purchase and account have been validated, subsequent recharges will be automatic and credits will be added immediately.
