When can a refund be requested?

Returns of any purchase or top-up will be governed by the e-commerce regulations in force in the EU and Spain. In other words:


Without the need for justification, we will refund the credits not enjoyed if the purchase was made in less than 14 days. The commissions of the corresponding payment methods and payment gateways will be deducted both when making the purchase and the return operation.


If the purchase is made more than 14 days after the purchase and unused credits are available, the refund must be justified by:

Unilateral tariff changes by operators or LabsMobile.

When the delivery SLAs fall below the criteria indicated in the availability SLA (less than 99.5%) according to the Service Agreement signed at the time of the first purchase.
