As stated in the Terms of Service and as stated in the Spanish Law* data retention on the LabsMobile platform is 12 months.
This affects all WebSMS sections and screens such as History, Statistics, Consumption Log, etc. as well as any API method.
This means that any message sent and all related data (content, logs, delivery confirmations, clicks, etc.) will be available for 12 months after sending.
Additionally for a further 12 months they will be stored in a backup database which can be retrieved upon request by the user to support.
Therefore, after 24 months the data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
